Spirit Of Kentucky Exhibit at Local Frazier Museum

Written By Mason Lewis

The Frazier museum is one of the premier history museums in Kentucky. Their exhibits are always interesting and captivating. There is always a wide variety of items on display and there is a lot to learn. A few of these items are the first fishing reels and submachine guns that were made in Kentucky.

I was recently at the museum and I went through “The Spirit of Kentucky” exhibit. It not only described in detail the process of making bourbon, but it also included the founding fathers of Kentucky bourbon. There was a gallery with every cut and proof of every bourbon that’s made in Kentucky.

The exhibit was very captivating and I learned quite a lot. Including regulation on bourbon that says it’s not bourbon if it doesn’t have an exact amount of each ingredient. The exhibit was a great experience and I encourage you to preserve the history of our city and go sometime.
