Ghost Walks by Louisville Historic Tour

When: September 4th, 2018 November 15th, 2018

What Time: 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Where: Old Louisville – Corner of Fourth and Ormsby

Tickets: Starts at $20

Louisville Historic Tour is a walking tour of haunted homes from the Victorian Era, each with their own interesting background and stories of all the ghosts that possibly inhabited them.


National Jug Band Jubilee

When: September 15th, 2018

What Time: 12 p.m.

Where: Waterfront Park, 129 E. River Rd. Louisville, KY 40202

Tickets: Free!!

Every year at Waterfront Park, one of the most interesting types of music will fill the park to bring pleasure to the ears of everyone who attends. The lineup features bands from all over the country.


The Big Four Art Festival

When: September 8th and 9th, 2018

What Time: Saturday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Where: Big Four Bridge Waterfront Park 1101 River Rd. 40202

Tickets: $10

The Big Four Arts Festival is a festival featuring amazing artists, musicians. There is even an auction. The festival is a great environment for people to see all kinds of art, and listen to music while enjoying the beautiful scenery around Jeffersonville.


Movie Night: Toy Story

When: September 7th

What Time: 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Where: Louisville Zoo

Tickets: The event is free, but you have to pay Zoo admission prices.

The movie night is a fun evening activity for anyone who loves an adorable kid movie. This event is perfect for anyone looking for a bit of child-like entertainment. There is even a special character meet and greet from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.


Louder Than Life 2018

When: September 28th – September 30th

Where: Champions Park 2050 River Road, Louisville Ky

Tickets: Depends on the day

Louder Than Life is a music festival for your inner hardcore rock band fan. Featured artists include Nine Inch Nails, Five Finger Death Punch, Bullet for My Valentine, Skillet, Godsmack, and so many more.


Fifth Third Bank’s Dracula

When: September 7th – October 31st

What Time: Depends on show/day

Where: Actors Theater, 316 W Main Street, Louisville, Ky

Tickets: Starts at $40

If you are a fan of Bram Stoker’s Dracula or just vampire stories in general, you will love this gothic tale of the famous Transylvanian count in this suspenseful Halloween treat.


2018 Walk to End Alzheimer’s

When: September 8th, 2018

What Time: Registration at 8:30 a.m., Ceremony at 9:45 a.m., and Walk at 10 a.m.

Where: Great Lawn at Waterfront Park – 231 Witherspoon Street Louisville, Kentucky

Tickets: Raise money for the cause.

If you are passionate about different health issues affecting America, join the walk to help raise money to end alzheimer’s and make a difference in such a widespread health issue.
