While you may be caught up in the whirlwind of the holiday season, make sure to find time to go see the cinematic masterpieces that are coming out later this year.

Thor: Ragnarok (PG-13)

2017 has been a year filled with successful marvel movies and Thor: Ragnarok plans on being added to that list. Starring Chris Hemsworth, the third installment in the Thor series focuses on the god of thunder as he’s forced to battle the Hulk and defeat his enemy Hela, before she destroys Asgard, his home. The movie releases in the U.S. on November 3rd, but select theaters will be doing an early screening the evening before.



Wonder (PG)

Based on the New York Times Bestseller, Wonder follows a boy with facial differences named August Pullman as he attends public school for the first time during the 5th grade. The movie stars Julia Roberts, Owen Wilson, and Jacob Tremblay and comes out November 17th.wonder


Star Wars: The Last Jedi (PG-13)

In this chapter of the iconic Star Wars series, Rey, along with Finn, Poe, and Luke Skywalker, continues her journey after the events that took place in 2015’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The movie is set to release December 15th, but some movie theaters will be showing it on December 14th.star wars


Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (Not yet rated)

In this new Jumanji tale, four teenagers discover an old video game and are literally sucked into it, becoming the avatars they had chosen. The movie stars household names like Kevin Hart, Dwayne Johnson, and Jack Black and plans to release on December 20th.



Pitch Perfect 3 (PG-13)

The Pitch Perfect franchise blew up with fame, but like all good things, it must come to an end. In the final installment of the series, the Bellas come together one last time to perform at an overseas USO tour singing competition where they face their hardest competitor yet: a group that uses instruments. The movie is set to be in theaters December 22nd.

Justice League (PG-13)

After her widely popular debut in June, Wonder Woman is back, but this time not alone. She teams up with Batman, The Flash, Cyborg, and Aquaman to form the Justice league, and together they try to stop the evil that is threatening their world. This movie is planned to release November 17th in the U.S.
